Sixteen years in the future, many of the world’s heroes and villains alike have retired. The world’s views on heroes still haven’t changed much. They view them as vigilantes unless, of course, they work for SHEILD. They look right past the good deeds so many of the heroes have done and ignore them, seeing them as nothing but trouble makers. It goes the same for the next generation. Though they try to fill the boots of those before them and earn the respect of those who they protect, they don’t seem to be doing that well. Today’s heroes are reckless and bold aka normal, everyday teenagers. They go to school and have jobs. The only difference? Their jobs include catching a few bad-guys. Villains have also come back in the new generation. They’re bolder as well and more bad than ever, literally and figuratively. They all walk in the shadows of those before them and are struggling to get out of those shadows.

Now old and new threats are arising against the world. Hydra has been resurrected and are back to being spies. Not to mention there are probably several criminal organizations rising up that are still unknown. So with all these bad guys popping up, what are the heroes doing about it?

SHEILD has been resurrected as well, with Nick Furry trying his hardest to recruit new members as well as keep an eye on all the new teenagers running around and attempting to save the day. The X-Men and the Avengers have come back together to train new members, though not all of them came willingly. Just like a few members of the Fantastic Four, are not as willing as others to train the next generation. After a lecture from Furry, though, they all agreed. The future is out of their hands and will be decided based on the actions of this generation. The spotlight is shining on the newest heroes and villains. Whether the world plunges into chaos or survives to see another bright, glorious day is all in their hands.
